We know that you can not wait to get your hands on the goodies you purchase on Nellykini. We are just as excited as you are. That is why we try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible. After purchasing your products, we will immediately start the shipping process.
Nellykini is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. All shipments are sent with a delivery confirmation from our logistic factory. All product prices includes handling & taxes, but excludes the costs of shipping. For customers outside of Switzerland, additional charges & taxes may apply. The buyer assumes all costs of duties & customs for all orders.
It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a store credit only if:
- The item doesn't fit you
- You are not satisfied with the quality of your item
- Or you have simply changed your mind
Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the below requirements:
- The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
- Bodysuits or swimwear must have the hygiene sticker in place
- The item is returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving
A Nellykini store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item or save your Nellykini store credit for later as it never expires! We offer direct exchanges in our Pop-Up Store!
Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:
- You notify us within 7 days from the date of receiving, providing a short description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our team
Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement.
