We as the brand Nellykini, are registered in the Swiss chamber of commerce under the name Nellykini AG (UID: CHE-382.712.025). For contact information please see our contact page. When placing an order through our online shop (www.nellykini.com), you agree to our terms and conditions as a private person, business or shop.
  

 
Terms of use

Welcome to Nellykini AG. Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").
  

 
Privacy

We respect our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share this with any outside affiliations or individuals. Your information (we do not store your credit card informations) is secured and encrypted via Stripe, Twint & PayPal. 
 

 
Changes to our terms

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
 

 
Sale

All sale orders are final, no exchanges are possible and the delivery time may take longer than usual.
 

 
Return policy

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your order, which is why we offer a full store credit only if:

  • The item doesn't fit you

  • You want to change your size

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return it must meet the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition

  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (incl. makeup & spray tan)

  • The item is returned to us within 7 days from the date of receiving

  • All bodies must have the hygiene sticker in place

Important notice about our store credits: A Nellykini store credit is not a refund (!) and will be emailed to you in form of a gift card. We do not refund any money. You can use your store credit to purchase another item on our website or simply save it for later as it never expires. We offer direct product exchanges in our flagship store in Zurich!

Please note that all return shipping costs will to be covered by the customer except in cases, when the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. For any type of returns please email us: info@nellykini.com. Be sure to include your full name and order number.

International Returns

Please contact our team info@nellykini.com with your return enquiry. Please note: Swiss returns will take approximately 2 - 5 business days from date of receiving. Returns from overseas can take up to 2 weeks - if you need this to be processed any sooner, please send us an email so we can help!

Nellykini AG is not liable for any damages directly or indirectly, after the delivery by any cause whatsoever caused to the buyer at the buyer's business, to family buyers, to others or to property of any third parties. Nellykini is not liable for the non-availability of permanent www.nellykini.com or for technical or electronic errors on the site.
 

 
Idemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Nellykini harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site or our products.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Nellykini products are offered for sale worldwide through this Site. This Site is controlled and operated by Nellykini AG from its office in Zurich, Switzerland. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of Switzerland.
 

 
Termination

This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Nellykini. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Nellykini also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in our discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
